Refund decision:
At the last Board meeting it was decided that refunds would be made available due to the unforeseeable circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic. There will be two options available. Either you can choose to roll over your ticket until next year's event, or you can receive a refund minus processing fees.
If anyone is interested in receiving their refund, please email our Treasurer Al Oliphint (aloliphint@hotmail.com) with your name and he can process the Paypal transaction.
We hope to see you in 2021!
A Message from the President:
The Oliphant Clan and Family Association of North America sadly announces that in conjunction with the cancellation of the 2020 Middle Tennessee Highland Games, the Oliphant Clan Gathering and AGM is also cancelled and will be rescheduled for September 2021.
We join the Middle Tennessee Games in thanking you for your patience and understanding. Considering the current pandemic, we feel it is most responsible to not risk potential infection for attendees. Please accept our sincere apologies for the loss of this event this year. We will miss seeing and sharing with all of you.
Keep healthy and safe. We look forward to the future Oliphant Clan Gathering at the Middle Tennessee Highland Games in 2021. Watch our website for details as they are available.
Many of you have paid your pre-registration fee of $50. This can be rolled over to the 2021 Gathering or refunded to you. Details for this will be forthcoming via email and announcement on our website.
